Reserve Apparatus

What is a reserve apparatus, and why do we have them?

What is a reserve apparatus, and why do we have them?

What is a reserve apparatus, and why do we have them?

When an apparatus must go in for preventative maintenance or is placed out of service (O.O.S.) for repairs, our crews maintain the ability to continue their responses. Tools and equipment must be transferred from their front-line apparatus. Call-in-crews for major incidents and emergency call backs can staff these apparatus and continue our service to our community, or strengthen resources on large scenes. But when doing so, lack the proper tools and equipment required.
